    We open our circle, call in the elements, and create a sacred container for your journey. Here, you are met exactly as you are, with nothing to fix, nothing to hide. Together, we set intentions and plant the first seeds of what you long to remember. 

  • Week 2 — Untangling the Threads

    Gently loosening what has bound you

     
    Through deep listening and trauma-informed guidance, we begin to meet the stories, patterns, and wounds you’ve carried. This is a week of compassion — learning to hold yourself without judgment, as we carefully unwind what no longer serves. 

  • Week 3 — Roots in the Dark

    Finding strength in your shadows 


    We step into the places within that have felt too heavy to face alone — and we do it together. Shadow work, womb healing, and ancestral connection help you reclaim the hidden gifts your darkness holds. 

  • Week 4 — The Medicine of the Rose

    Softness and strength entwined 


    We work with plant allies and flower essences — especially the rose — to help you embody both your boundaries and your tenderness. This is where your heart begins to open again, safely and steadily. 

  • Week 5 — Waters of Remembrance

    Healing the ancestral and personal tides 


    Through shamanic journeying, ceremony, and intuitive work, we tend the deeper waters of your lineage. We listen for the wisdom that flows through your bloodline, releasing what is not yours to carry and reclaiming what strengthens you. 

  • Week 6 — The Blossoming Self

    Meeting the soul who is emerging


    Here, we weave together all we have uncovered so far — your truth, your voice, your needs. You begin to stand in your power, not as something to prove, but as something that is simply yours by birthright. 

  • Week 7 — Walking as Her

    Integrating your truth into daily life 


    We explore practical and soulful ways to carry your transformation into the everyday. This may include earth-based rituals, self-care ceremonies, and boundaries that honour your energy. 

  • Week 8 — The Silent Bloom

    Your closing ceremony and soul weaving


    We anchor the journey with a personal closing ritual, bespoke flower essence, and a weaving of the threads we’ve gathered. You leave not as someone “finished,” but as a beautiful soul deeply rooted in yourself — ready to keep blooming in your own time.
